Team Highlight: Helen Matthews With extensive experience in operational support across both the public and private sectors, Helen joined UKC3 in early 2024 as Executive Administrator, assisting the Operations Manager and Board of Directors. She later provided maternity cover for Operations Manager Sarah Raw and, following Sarah’s return as Head of Engagements and Partnerships, Helen transitioned into the Operations Manager role permanently. She has played a key role in streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. With strengths in problem-solving and communication, Helen is dedicated to excellence and strives to make a meaningful impact every day.
