🇮🇱IDF spokesman to foreign media: "We will ensure the safe return of the Israelis to their homes in northern Israel, this is not subject to negotiation". The full translation is attached: The terrorist organization Hezbollah in Lebanon is escalating its attacks against Israel. Since deciding to join the war that Hamas started on October 7, Hezbollah has fired over 5,000 rockets, anti-tank missiles and armed UAVs from Lebanon at Israeli families, homes and communities. Hezbollah's increasing aggression brings us to the brink of what could be a wider escalation - one that could have devastating consequences for Lebanon and the region. Hezbollah endangers the future of Lebanon, so that it can be a shield for Hamas. A shield for the Hamas terrorists who murdered the elderly, raped women, burned children and kidnapped Jews, Muslims and Christians, during their October 7 massacre. When we say we will not let October 7th happen again on any of our borders - we mean it. Because of Hezbollah's refusal to comply with UN Security Council Resolution 1701, because of Hezbollah's military infrastructure, the shooting and fire at Israel from the area south of the Litani River in southern Lebanon, and because of Lebanon's failure to enforce 1701 on Hezbollah - Israel will take all necessary measures to protect its citizens, until security is restored at the Lebanese border. In one way or another - we will ensure the safe return of the Israelis to their homes in northern Israel. It is not negotiable. Iran's terrorist affiliates continue to drag the region into destruction. Israel will continue to fight against Iran's axis of evil on all fronts, in Gaza and Lebanon, while we work towards a safer future for the Middle East. October 7th cannot happen again - in any of Israel's borders. Israel has the duty to protect its citizens. We will fulfill this duty - at any cost.

I congratulate German Government and Bureaucracy to taking hard stand against right extremist Turkish terrorists. We do not tolerate grey wolves (a terrorist organization in EU and all over the world) can not have a place in Germany or in EU. I support Israeli Society in Germany taking a stand against Terrorists in EU. We should not tolerate extremism in EU. Last week I posted about media bias. Someone posted this week’s latest accusation against the democracy of Israel with aid from a BBC article: “Nearly 70% of Gaza war dead are women and children, UN says” Headline is misleading. Factually the headline should state: “Terrorist regime claims to UN 8,119 killed in 6 months.” I am now using some of the same data as the original BBC article (you can google it), but I am applying logical critical thinking also based on other reports. Logically the journalist text then should read: Unverified who killed these unverified deaths, in by the terrorist organisation ongoing dual war crimes. Hamas has been booby trapping residential homes and hiding IED in public streets, in a heavily population dense areas, in active warzones, where also approx. 10% of the terror missiles misfires and fall down on own population noncombatants.   Meanwhile the UN spokesperson Volker Turk also accused Israel last month for potential war crimes, when IDF was urging Gazan’s to get out of harm’s way in designated warzones, in their hunt after terrorists. Other reports have claimed Hamas occasionally has murdered its population on direct purpose when trying to flee as involuntary “human shields”, while also murdering other arabic noncombatants trying to reach (stolen by Hamas) humanitarian aid. It is also unknown if there was any illegal child-solders among the dead dressed in civilian clothing as it is a common terrorist standard operating procedure. For empirical and statistical comparison death worshipping jihadis killed 1200, in Israel, in only 1 day (7th October 2023) by breaking ceasefire and starting war. ... Interfor International‘s Weekly Security Digest - September 24, 2024 Global Security Matters   Israel  - Gaza - Iran - Hezbollah   Over the past several days, Israel has launched intense waves of airstrikes targeting Hezbollah-controlled positions and ammunition depots across Lebanon. In response, Hezbollah has fired rockets at northern Israel, including Haifa, marking the first time the city has been targeted since the Second Lebanon War (2006). According to Lebanon's health ministry, Israeli airstrikes yesterday killed approximately 500 people, and injured 1,600 making it the deadliest day since the Second Lebanon War. In light of yesterday's attack by Iran against Israel using drones, cruise missiles and ballistic missiles, I wrote an opinion article for The Front Page 3 years ago explaining the low damage/casualty rates due to such attacks which I guess may be worth a read again in 2024 if anyone is interested.
