Anything associated with Adele continues to be a surefire way to a record-breaking hit.

The Late Late Show With James Corden” most recently reaped the benefits of Adele, as the late-night show’s viral segment “Carpool Karaoke” hit a new viewership high with “Adele Carpool Karaoke.” The video surpassed 67.5 million views and became the most-watched late-night YouTube clip ever.

According to data from Tubular Labs, within its first five days on YouTube the video of Corden and Adele singing had generated 42 million views. The video, in turn, drove a double-digit percentage increase in the number of subscribers to the “Late Late Show’s” YouTube channel.

The “Carpool Karaoke” videos have been a hit since Corden took over hosting responsibilities. “Justin Bieber Carpool Karaoke” was named one of YouTube’s Top 10 most viral videos of 2015. Those who have performed alongside Corden in his car also include One Direction, Iggy Azaela, Mariah Carey, Carrie Underwood, Stevie Wonder, Jennifer Hudson, Rod Stewart, Jason Derulo and, most recently, Chris Martin and Elton John.

“The Late Late Show With James Corden” YouTube channel has amassed more than 630 million total views and 3.1 million subscribers since the show premiered on March 23, 2015.
