According to her family, Katy Hume has been writing since she could hold a pen correctly, but Katy has never held a pen correctly in her life and never plans to. Katy is an Email Associate for Barnes & Noble where she helps code and review emails featuring the latest and greatest BN Reads. She attended the University of Limerick in Ireland for both her undergrad and postgrad degrees, studying English, technical writing, and instructional design before starting her career as a bookseller. She’s worked for Barnes & Noble since 2016 and is most at home in the Children’s Department, as she is in fact a twelve-year-old masquerading as an adult. When she’s not lost in a young reader or fantasy novel, Katy can be found building LEGO, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and letting the Pigeon drive the bus.
