Bill Pullman is starring in a western!  KILLING FAITH is a supernatural thriller:" In the summer of 1859, a widowed physician reluctantly agrees to take a recently freed slave and her mysterious Caucasian daughter on a 5-day journey through the bloody West to find a distant town's Faith Healer.
The woman believes her daughter is possessed. The doctor believes she simply carries The Sickness. Either way the fact remains that every living thing the girl touches mysteriously dies."

Bill Pullman has been cast in the supernatural mystery The Boroughs, the next project of the Duffer brothers, creators of Stranger Things.

Bill Pullman to Star in 'Everybody Digs Bill Evans'

Bill Pullman, Anders Danielsen Lie and Laurie Metcalf are set to star in 'Everybody Digs Bill Evans' a biopic about "the acclaimed U.S. jazz pianist and composer."

The synopsis reads: “June 1961, NYC: legendary jazz pianist Bill Evans (Danielsen Lie) has found his musical voice and created the perfect trio, including bass player Scott LaFaro, said to be his soulmate through music. A residency at New York’s Village Vanguard culminates in the live taping of two of the greatest jazz records of all time in one night. Ten days later, LaFaro dies in a car crash. Numb with grief, Evans stops playing. Everybody Digs Bill Evans is the story of what happened next for one of the most influential and gifted figures in 20th century music.”

The film is currently in pre-production. Principal photography in Ireland will begin in early 2025.

Honoring David Lynch 1946-2025

The singular and remarkable artist David Lynch passed away on January 16, 2025.  Lynch was a filmmaker, director, screenwriter, painter, musician and actor.  His film and television work had a unique, indelible stamp.

Bill Pullman Will Be Showing Up Everywhere!

Bill Pullman is  about to be all over the place. He has been making movies, a television show and a PBS documentary.

Pullman has been announced as the star of 'A Bridge Between', a story inspired by real life events.  He plays a former basketball coach who dedicates himself to helping a college basketball player who has horrific injuries from a car accident return to palying on his team. https://thecinemaholic.com/bill-pullman-a-bridge-between/

In the recently shot western 'Killing Faith',  Pullman plays a physician-preacher who is a renowned healer.  He stars with Guy Pearce and DeWanda Wise.  'Killing Faith', a supernatural thriller, will be on the festival circuit this year.
