As you need skills to read people to help them, find out the best method to help them to unlearn to relearn newly, change to adopt then to practise what it better Next level is about people skills, that’s the most important once you are almost par with most the knowledge in your focus area or domain

Working as a team might allow people to help each other in case of need. People who are strugling would have to find the courage to ask for help. Teammates might recognize when someone has some difficulties and propose to help. Agile gives different opportunities for that. Empiriscm and continous improvement can also be helpful. A dedicated moment to talk about the team mood, and to decide in common how to improve some negative things or what change to make. Don't forget also to have good time and to laugh, as it is very important. It could turn a bad day in a positive moment regardless of the day troubles. Moreover this would help to bond the team, and a bonded team is better and allows better collaboration and mutual help.

Do NOT focus on the roles, leadership goes beyond roles and it’s something that you can constantly evolve despite of your role. Of cause if you want a formal leadership role, the listed ones are the ones to go for, but leadership involves and can be visible in all roles. Great leaders always leads by example, buy doing so people will learn from their actions. As agile processes is maturing and evolving every day, deep diving and driven knowledge comes from continuous learning and experience. The role suits as per requirements. We fit in as per the situations and demands.

Become an Agile Evangelist to have success at organization level not team. Give inputs to enhance/update Scrum Guide in their next version. Publish a book for Agile/SAFe having only real work related tasks/policies/process. This book will leave all theoretical stuff and captures all practical and real usages. As many may agree many things present in books not very practical and need refinement and change per current industry and fast changing technology adoption. I would focus on other pain point which get ignore or bottom on the list i.e. Ego and ignorance in team members as this happen time to time .
