As federal workforce dynamics shift, Washington, DC is supporting federal workers with new resources to help them transition, explore career opportunities and stay connected to the regional job market. The DC Department of Employment Services has launched a new website to guide federal employees through the Unemployment Compensation for Federal Employees (UCFE) program and connect them with career services. Additionally, the DC Department of Human Resources has introduced the Public Service Career Hub, a dedicated platform for public service professionals seeking opportunities in DC government.
