"There is a certain culture at Adventist Health Portland that feels like a small town," says Adam Lee, operations executive. "People know each other. It’s small enough that you feel like you know the people around you, but it’s not so small that you can’t do some really interesting things in healthcare. It’s an easy place to want to be." Thank you, veterans, for your service and sacrifices, which have given us the freedom to live fuller lives. We are truly grateful. Earlier this year, we added a new display on our campus to honor staff members who are veterans. Dr. Terry Johnsson, our Mission Integration Executive and a U.S. Air Force veteran, shared what this recognition means to him and our team.
