AGC Arkansas has been the voice of the Construction Industry in Arkansas for over 90 years. Our full-time lobbying team, legislative committee and state agency liaison committees vigorously promote and protect the construction industries’ interests both locally and nationally. The AGC Arkansas family is comprised of all commercial construction companies, including building, highway and utility contractors, as well as subcontractors, suppliers and industry associates statewide. In addition to legislative representation for all members, we also offer a variety of fun and educational networking events. Events like Lunch & Learns, Happy Hours, Golf Tournaments, Clay Shoots, Baggo Tournaments, Fishing Tournaments, Trivia Nights (and more!) have turned professional relationships into lifelong friendships. Membership also gets you access to over 50 deeply-discounted safety & training classes, leadership development and industry-specific educational opportunities across the state. We have established partnerships with Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT), Arkansas Construction Education Foundation (ACEF), and Be Pro Be Proud. Our ARDOT partnership allows our members’ voices to be heard and includes participation in exclusive meetings on major transportation projects. Our ACEF partnership gets you access to the largest and most comprehensive apprenticeship program in the state, and Be Pro Be Proud allows you to be a part of the forefront of workforce development in Arkansas. We have also formed a collaborative alliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to foster safety and health practices and programs to improve workplaces in Arkansas. We’ve got all the tools and connections necessary to build, better, and protect your business.

We partnered up with American Concrete Pavement Association Arkansas Chapter and the Arkansas Asphalt & Pavement Association to host the House & Senate Transportation Committee Dinner at Copper Grill in Little Rock. It was a VERY busy day at the capitol, and we appreciate everyone that was able to attend! We had a great time with these fantastic folks!

McDaniel Wolff is a full-service law firm based in Little Rock. Vince is a managing member and co-leads their tax and corporate law practice. He currently represents several of our contractor members and frequently assists clients with business mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, tax controversies, contracts, disputes, and more!
Meet Sara Lewis, our new Office Manager! Sara has over 10 years in office administration experience, and though she has previously worked in healthcare, she has made the switch to construction and says she is loving it! Sara has already begun making improvements to streamline our day-to-day operations, and her years of experience in accounting/quickbooks is making the transition to our new & upcoming online system/website much more efficient! Sara lives in Bryant with her husband and two cats, and in her spare time can be found camping, kayaking, and riding around in her Jeep listening to Taylor Swift. 😄 If you haven’t yet met her at one of our recent events, you will soon!
