A lot of unexpected things happened at #GTC on Thursday. I made no plans to meet certain folks and luck would have it, met some amazing people. Had a wonderful chat with Raman Agarwal from AWS startups. Raman, thank you for being flexible to meet with me. Raman and I saw how crowded the floor was and we were told, Jensen was making rounds and meeting the teams in the Exhibits. We could not meet Jensen then. Casually walked over to Microsoft booth and spotted Sharmila Chockalingam and we caught up. I was excited when Heena Purohit said she would like to meet for few minutes upon my spontaneous request. Then out of no where Chris McKay spots me. We met first time in Davos and I did not know he was at #gtc. It was surreal to see him out of no where. Chris and I walked over to meet Heena to learn that she met with Jensen earlier. We were very happy for her and to introduce the founders in Pegasus program to Jensen. How cool was that. Later, Chris spots Jensen and calls frantically Dude! Jensen is here come over. I ran to meet Chris. Asked Jensen if he has a minute. Let him know I am from Atomicwork. I am thrilled to experience how Jensen Huang makes it about you when he agrees to meet, obliges to be in the picture and not at all about him. He is a cheer leader and full of energy even when he was in a hurry. Atomicwork + NVIDIA Atomicwork + Microsoft Atomicwork + Amazon Web Services (AWS) All in one day! + Chris McKay! Serendipity.

Choosing the right AI initiative can feel overwhelming—especially when every pitch sounds like the next big thing. Aishwarya 👾 Hariharan breaks down how to evaluate AI projects like AI-powered ticket deflection or automated employee onboarding using the A-RICE framework. Before that, let’s establish what A-RICE stands for. ✅ Reach – How many employees or teams or processes will it impact? ✅Impact – How significant is the pain point that it solves for? ✅Confidence – How certain are you about its success? ✅Effort – How much time and resources will it take? ✅AI - How much compute power or long-term scalability does the initiative demand? We explain this framework with a real-world example to help you prioritize AI projects with ease. . . #ARICEFramework #TicketDeflection #AI #ASM #ESM #CIOs #AIInitiatives

Even in 2025, IT teams are still making software decisions based on legacy ‘IT wisdom.’ While traditional platforms may get the job done (if you’ve got the budget, time, and certified experts) there’s a smarter way forward. AI has reshaped ITSM, but not all platforms are built equally. While some vendors bolt on AI as an afterthought, smarter solutions have AI built-in—driving faster resolutions, better automation, and improved IT experiences. That’s why we’ve created a Buyer’s Checklist, a quick, actionable guide to help you 👇 ✅ Assess your current IT setup ✅ Identify key features that actually matter ✅ Align platform capabilities with your business goals That’s why we’ve created a Buyer’s Checklist to help you evaluate ITSM solutions for long-term success.
