Our team in Dayton, Ohio is demonstrating holistic health care in action by helping community members learn how to eat healthier! 😋 🍴 The CareSource Culinary Medicine and Nutrition Program provides nutrition education to local YMCA members, including those with health conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure. Attendees are able to learn new cooking techniques and how to make healthier meals. 🏆This program is so impactful that it was recognized with a 2024 Pinnacle Award from the Ohio Association of Health Plans (OAHP)!
