The Catalyst team is thrilled and humbled to announce we’ve won a 2023 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in the Education (Consulting) category! https://lnkd.in/g5PwGkGh This win marks our fourth recognition since 2019 and is a testament to the nimbleness and innovation we, as a small business, bring to the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem. We’re honored to be recognized for our unique usage of Marketing Cloud, which we implemented to facilitate a research study overseen by the Arkansas Department of Education. Marketing Cloud was the vehicle for distributing different types of emails and text messages en masse, which were then analyzed for their efficacy in getting parents of young learners to engage with early literacy resources. This research illuminates new insights into parent engagement and patterns of resource usage. The end goal? Enabling learning to continue beyond the classroom into the home, and fostering a love for reading in early childhood. We are tremendously thankful for the opportunity to collaborate on this research study, as well as the recognition from Salesforce Partners.
