Matt is a seasoned attorney and hands-on executive with over 20 years of experience who has led, negotiated, and executed billions in transactions, ranging from strategic acquisitions to complex service contracts. Matt joins Cinterra after serving eight years as Executive Vice President with Blue Ridge Power and Pine Gate Renewables providing strategic counsel as the company grew to over $1 billion in annual revenue.
