Art is for everybody. It’s a common belief among many creatives ranging from pop artist Keith Haring to poet Maya Angelou. It’s also a belief shared by Karen Archia. An artist who also serves as one of the two coordinators of community partnerships at Creative Greensboro, Archia has always surrounded herself with art – the many paintings hanging in her office vouch for that – but it’s the concept of public art that has always driven her as a creative.
