This morning, we celebrated a monumental milestone with the ribbon cutting of Amazon’s first facility in our region! 📦✂️ As one of only two in Southwest Virginia, this state-of-the-art last-mile delivery and distribution center has created over 300 direct and indirect jobs. We are proud to have this game-changing addition in the Roanoke Centre for Industry and Technology (RCIT) park, showcasing our city’s commitment to innovation and growth! ⭐️

It was the purrrrrfect day for a ribbon cutting! 🐱 Yesterday, we celebrated the grand opening of The Toebean Cat Café with owners, Stephanie and Kelsey, and members of City Council: Peter Volosin, Terry McGuire, Phazhon Nash and Nick Hagen. Located in Old Southwest, Toebean is Roanoke City’s newest cafe where cats and coffee collide!
