👉 In this case study, learn how the usability and national adoption of Cohere Health's Unify™ platform helped one Blue Plan client decrease daily provider calls by one third: https://lnkd.in/dMReuUq6. After quickly achieving 93% digital adoption by providers, the plan’s UM operations team was also pleasantly surprised by the reduction in faxed-based communications from providers who embraced the platform. 🤝 Reducing fax volume–a cumbersome process for providers that incurs admin costs and lengthy delays–was among the plan’s top goals, along with speeding up access to quality care.

In a new article for Healthcare Business Today, Susan Bennett, MD, FACC, Cohere Health's Cardiology Medical Director, shares how AI-driven prior authorization solutions can serve as a springboard for transforming how we treat and manage cardiovascular care. 🫀 💬 "A key challenge in cardiovascular care is navigating complex and often chronic conditions. Fragmented coordination can lead to delays in care, unnecessary and/or excessive testing, and poor adherence to care plans. Health plans, in turn, also struggle to balance costs and benefits... making it difficult to manage chronic conditions effectively. However, advancements in intelligent prior authorization and cardiology care offer a path to overcoming these obstacles." American Heart Month serves as an important reminder of how critical both prevention and innovation are in tackling the increasing costs and challenges associated with cardiovascular disease.
