🚧 Rocky River WWTP Phase 4 Expansion 🚧 The Rocky River Wastewater Treatment Plant in Concord is undergoing a major upgrade with a 10,000 CY concrete pour using Eclipse Shrinkage Reducing Admixtures. This expansion will increase the plant's capacity from 26.5 million gallons per day to 34 million gallons per day.
