He has overseen the development and management of over 800 LIHTC housing units and four NMTC medical centers, totaling more than $360 million in project value. He has also managed a $250 million endowment, a skilled nursing facility, and a senior day program serving 1,500 participants As CFO of CRM Residential, Steve brings strategic financial leadership and deep knowledge of affordable housing and tax credit programs. Dee began her journey with CRM Residential on June 5, 2017, as an Administrative Assistant at Plymouth Place Apartments. Her dedication and hard work quickly led to a promotion to Assistant Manager on January 1, 2019. In November 2018, she achieved her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation, Real Estate License, HCCP designation and has a B.S in Finance and Accounting, further solidifying her expertise in the industry. In 2021, Dee took on a new challenge as Community Manager at New York Avenue Apartments under the leadership of VP of Operations, Darleen Adens, where she continued to excel and grow. Dee is known for her unwavering positivity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to lend a helping hand whenever needed.
