Operator Mastermind Roundtable Discussions. Knowledge is Power Connections are Opportunity

About us

At Crue Club, we are dedicated to redefining professional engagement within the E&P community by growing into a premier hub for Career Enhancing Events. Our Genesis: Crue Club originated from a need for more substantive interactions in the E&P sector. We began with invitational events designed to foster genuine connections in a solicitation-free environment. As traditional industry events increasingly prioritized transactional exchanges, Crue Club emerged as a sanctuary for operators seeking to forge real relationships and engage in meaningful dialogue. Our Evolution: To enrich these experiences, we introduced our Topic Series events. Here, attendees and members actively participate in discussions that not only focus on critical industry topics but also shape the direction of the sector. This initiative has transformed passive participants into active contributors, steering conversations that matter. Our Growth Initiatives: With the introduction of Exec Crue, we are now elevating our commitment to personal and professional development. Our Professional Growth Workshops challenge individuals and companies to overcome their limiting beliefs and self-imposed barriers, empowering them to achieve their fullest potential. Our Community Impact: Crue Club’s events are meticulously designed to cultivate genuine connections and strategic networking opportunities. Each event serves as a stepping stone for career advancement, uncovering new opportunities, and building a robust network. Our goal is not just to help you navigate uncertain times but to provide you with the tools and community support to excel and expand your industry knowledge. Join Crue Club today and be part of a movement where genuine connections pave the way for substantial professional growth and industry innovation.

  • One of the most valuable aspects of a Crüe Club event is the people at the table—the knowledge shared and the connections made. Last night’s event was no exception. Brandon Conner🛢🇺🇸💯 led an incredible discussion on SIMOPS in completions, sharing insights from his time at Marathon Oil Corporation and how he and his team successfully introduced new strategies to meet a directive. What made the conversation even more impactful was the perfect mix of expertise at the table. Mojo AI , at the forefront of safety, was there as safety played a huge role in the discussion. Intelligent Wellhead Systems leading in completions software, provided valuable perspectives on technology’s role in optimizing operations. Paragon Integrated Services Group and Workrise were also at the table, offering insight into how completions are being supported from a workforce and service perspective. It wasn’t just an operator-heavy discussion—it was a collaborative exchange between operators and service companies, uncovering real challenges, solutions, and opportunities. If you’re looking to be part of these high-level conversations and build meaningful and beneficial connections, check out our upcoming events at crueclub.com or reach out to JP Warren for sponsorship opportunities. Great time OKC! Upcoming Roundtables: - Houston 4.3 - AT CAPACITY - Denver 4.10 - sponsorship available - Fort Worth 4.30 - sponsorship available - Midland 5.6 - Sponsorship available More speakers and topics at our website.

  • You don't plant your garden when you're hungry, you plant it when you have the time, energy, and resources. As an operator your connections matter now more than ever (and will continue to). From M&A, outsourcing engineering, niche deals, and allocating capital will all come down to WHO YOU KNOW. As a service company, if you aren't making strategic connections that lead to partnerships, you probably will continue to be awarded work based on low cost. Understanding what your target audience is seeking, what concerns are on their radar, what solutions they seek....straight from the customers mouth. Get out of the crowded industry conference events where transactional conversations reign. OFS: ONLY 6 spaces at each event, you don't want to miss these opportunties. Reach out to JP Warren to join the conversations. Operators: head to our website to register to begin to receive event information.

Networking in the Oil & Gas industry has shifted drastically...and let's be real it's pretty brutal these days. More difficult to connect with your target audience, transactional conversations, and always surface level interactions. As an Operator your ability to connect with other E&P Operators to learn, share, connect, and grow is crucial for navigating the current industry waters. Your networks will create stability in a volitale market. As a Service company how are you truly engaging with your target audience? Going to crowded conference room floors/industry lunches? Are you truly connecting, talking, understanding your customer? At Crüe Club we take pride in balancing not only facilitating and building strategic connections, but also creating environments where attendees can learn, discuss, and walk away with more insight, direction, and better connected than before. These aren't just events, these are opportunity exposing strategic connections and conversations.
