An amazing night for Virginia Credit Union (vacu.org), our friends at the Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU (chrichmond.org), and for the Virginia Commonwealth University men’s and women’s basketball teams! VACU donated $31,600 to CHoR tonight to support the life-saving and life-changing care and treatment they provide to kids and teens from all across our area. Our years-long “VACU Assists” partnership with VCU Basketball is one of many programs and partnerships that have enabled VACU to donate $336,600 to CHoR during the past decade. A special thanks to CHoR's Rachel Bruni and the hospital’s patient champion, Jonah (and his amazing family!), for joining us tonight to help shine a spotlight on the hospital’s remarkable work!
