"Having spent nearly nine years at DDI, my typical day involves precise scheduling, coordinating events for executives, and managing expenses and travel arrangements. My role also includes overseeing the DDI charity, Donate Life America/CORE, this year, which adds a meaningful dimension to my work as we advocate for organ and tissue donation. Organ donation has affected several associates at DDI, so we are proud to educate and raise money for this cause. Additionally, I utilize my facilitation certification when needed, for example, in the New Choices classes we sponsor for Pennsylvania Women Work. Balancing these responsibilities allows me to contribute to a vibrant and purpose-driven environment. My life at DDI has been incredibly rewarding, not only due to the diverse roles I have undertaken but also because of the positive impact we make in the community."
