Who needs a bike when you’ve got back-to-back meetings to keep you moving? The first biannual Translink Directors Meeting of 2025 in Amsterdam was last week, and our Dinan attendees made the most of their time in the Netherlands, holding individual meetings with colleagues from 20 different countries on Friday alone. We are pleased to announce that SightMD New York, a leading provider of administrative services to ophthalmology practices and ambulatory surgery centers, has expanded through its acquisition of Sambursky Eye and Esthetics, an ophthalmology practice offering primary eye care and aesthetic services for patients of all ages.   Dinan & Company, LLC initiated the transaction.
