🎉Exciting news for #DTVAlliance member Golden Steer! The legendary restaurant is spreading its wings and will expand outside of Las Vegas for the first time ever. The new location, planned for the Greenwich Village area of New York City, promises to continue the same delicious food and Rat Pack-era atmosphere.🥩

Way to go Nevada HAND, Inc!👏 The #DTVAlliance member recently broke ground on the Sunrise Ranch Apartments, which will provide 144 affordable housing units to Southern Nevada. Additionally, 60 units at the property will be set aside to support young adults transitioning from foster care to independent living.

This downtown icon and #DTVAlliance member recently underwent a $20 million renovation, which blends modern amenities with the hotel’s rich history.
