#ICYMI 🔔 We recently announced new products aimed at reducing cycle times for biopharma including a #GenAI-powered chatbot and clean progress tracking. To enable our clients’ technology-driven transformation, eClinical Solutions is prioritizing embedded #AI capabilities within the elluminate Clinical Data Cloud® and new platform enhancements, including Protocol Deviations, which centralizes protocol deviation management to enhance oversight and regulatory compliance. Further supporting AI use cases, the elluminate platform now includes an ML-driven Audit Trail Review, which surfaces anomalies related to the frequency and timing of data changes and deletions. ⏰ In addition, newly added Data Classification uses advanced ML LLM and NLP techniques to automatically map incoming data to standards, reducing setup times and optimizing data pipelines. For more details on these product updates and our 2024 milestones, including 20 net new clients, investment by GI Partners, collaboration with Snowflake ❄️, and more, visit: https://lnkd.in/epxWNfu9

In honor of #WomensHistoryMonth in March, we sat down with our CMO Vidhi Goel to learn more about her experience as a woman in #STEM, career journey, and hope for the future. Check out Vidhi's responses below! eClinical: 💬 What role does collaboration across sectors play in advancing critical research, and how can women take on more influential roles in these partnerships? VG: 📣 Collaboration is key to driving innovation in clinical research, bringing together expertise from pharma, biotech, and technology to improve patient outcomes. Women can take on more influential roles by seeking leadership opportunities, building strong networks, and mentoring others to ensure diverse voices are represented. 💬 What are you most passionate about/what’s your favorite thing about working in STEM? VG: 📣 I love problem-solving and the impact of clinical research, but what keeps me in this industry is the strong network of mentors, friends, and lifelong relationships I’ve built along the way. 💬 What challenges have you encountered as a woman working in STEM? Did you have any female role models or mentors in your career that supported overcoming these challenges? VG: 📣 Like many women in STEM, I’ve faced challenges in being heard and proving my expertise. I’ve been fortunate to have mentors—both male and female—who encouraged me, supported me, and helped me navigate difficult situations. Their guidance has been invaluable. 💬 What advice do you have for the next generation of young women wanting to pursue a career in STEM? VG: 📣 Believe in yourself, seek mentors, and don’t be afraid to take up space. Stay curious, push past imposter syndrome, and support other women along the way.
