I just met with one of the best Medium size groups in the country. We are going to start with two stores to prove our technology but hearing them talk about the focus on tires is a very common theme across our industry. Waiting for customers to show up and buy tires at the dealership is a failing strategy. Tire wear is very predictable. This predictability allows for the easy management of tire replacement and as a result retention back to the dealership for most of the retail services.
