  • 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱: 𝗔 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘁   The Chinese equity market rally so far this year looks different from the previous rounds. It has been aided by domestic technology breakthroughs and a return of animal spirits among private tech companies, instead of merely pro-growth top-down policy assurance from the government. In the insight article, we argue that the return of the private tech has the potential to drive this market rally higher for longer.   View more: https://lnkd.in/gAFYbYyb   #HangSengInvestmenet #HSVM #China #EquityMarket #Technology #PrivateTechCompany   *Investments involve risks. The video hones in on several key reasons that make investing in index products a good option for investors targeting long-term investment returns:   • Cost-efficient and transparent: Index products generally charge lower fees and have a clear investment focus, making them a good choice for individuals who want to invest for the long term but have limited time available to manage their portfolio. • Outperform actively managed funds: Over the past decade, index funds have outperformed a significant majority of those that are actively managed according to the S&P SPIVA Report. • The importance of asset allocation: Research has shown that long-term portfolio returns depend on asset allocation rather than specific stock picks.   Watch the video to get a clear picture.   Hang Seng Investment offers a wide range of index products. In this episode, we will explain why index-tracking investments are a good option for busy individuals looking for market and/or sector diversification as well as long-term growth opportunities. As the video explains, index-tracking investments offer: • A simpler way to invest: Index-tracking strategies enable investors to closely mirror index performances, reducing the time to analyse a large number of different stocks and/ or bonds. • Cost and time savings: Lower fees and less frequent trading make index-tracking investments one of the viable choices for long-term growth opportunities. • Diverse exposure options: Index-tracking strategies provide access to a diverse range of local and overseas markets, such as in Hong Kong through the Hang Seng Index and in the US through the S&P 500 Index offering broad-based returns, as well as to instruments such as US Treasuries, which provide the potentials for stable returns.   Watch the video to learn more. #InvestorEducation #ETF #HangSengInvestment #HSVM #Indexes #SmartInvestor #AssetManagement *Investments involve risks. In the latest quarterly index review, Tencent Music Entertainment Group, a music streaming provider, and Horizon Robotics, a smart driving solutions provider, replaced the other two in the index. We consider both new index members as beneficiaries of the latest AI development. Based on market close data as at February 21, after the index review, nearly half of the index constituents are beneficiaries of AI., with their index weight representation slightly increasing to 62.8%. The enhanced AI exposure is expected to continue to help the Hang Seng TECH Index ride on China’s AI momentum. #HangSengInvestment #HSVM #AI #HSTech #Investment #ETF Source: HSVM, HSIL, data as at 21 February 2025. AI beneficiaries are identified by HSVM as the companies that can leverage AI development in China in the near to middle term. *Investments involves risk (including the loss of capital invested), no one should make their investment decisions based on this content.
