We're still on a high from Transform day 1 as we gear up for day 2 today! We were so happy to meet so many of you at our session with Sarika Lamont, Kenneth Matos, Sarah Reynolds, and Hebba Youssef, to the point where it was standing-room-only! Then, last night, the Foodie Tour was absolutely epic, and the party continues today at 4:30 PM at our #HeartcoreHR happy hour, powered by the HiBob community! We'll have a champagne toast, some refreshments, and you'll get to meet some of the amazing members of our HeartcoreHR community! Of course, we don't blame you if you want to hang out at our booth all day long, because in addition to stopping by booth #525 to #SayHiToBob and grab your swag (with exclusive swag for HiBob customers!) you'll want to be around at 10:30 AM to hang out with I Hate it Here's Hebba Youssef and spill your (anonymous!) tea in our confessional booth. Over the weekend, our partners over at Fulham Football Club held a bike ride from Craven Cottage to Brighton. Funds raised from the event went towards Fulham FC Foundation’s numerous community initiatives, which focus on promoting education, employability, health, and social inclusion. Our very first #HeartcoreHR event in #NewZealand 🇦🇺 is officially in the books, and what a time it was! The energy was high, the company amazing, and the laughter loud! With guest speaker Ryan Ghisi, Head of People Operations at 2degrees, and our own Adrienne Nikolovski leading an intriguing discussion, we spoke about important topics like AI and its various levels of adoption, equipping people managers with the right tools for performance reviews, and behavioral KPIs that drive success. In short, we had a wonderful time with our community of HR leaders and we're so proud to see it growing and taking on new locations around the globe. Can't wait to see you all at the next one!
