The International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association is a nonprofit organization that strives to promote and to enhance the profession of cost estimating and analysis with the primary goal of fostering the professional growth of our members in cost estimating, cost analysis, and allied fields. ICEAA is represented locally by more than 20 chapters nationwide and international affiliates in Australia, Canada, Japan and the United Kingdom.

#ICEAA members have praised our certification program and related CEBoK® training as a fantastic way to prepare juniors for a career in estimating, but have been prevented from starting that training immediately due to the 2-year experience requirement to sit for the PCEA®. While we believe experience is a valuable component in certifying an individual as a professional cost estimator/analyst, we understand that preparing for the exam is a great way to pair that experience with traditional learning. To help meet both goals, we have removed the experience requirement for taking the PCEA® exam, but will withhold the actual PCEA® certification until the 2 years is met. Congratulations to all of our Quantech Services Inc. folks who presented their papers at the 6th Annual New England ICEAA (International Cost Estimating & Analysis Association) Workshop Yesterday. The workshop held at Hanscom AFB was the most attended workshop our chapter has ever held.
