    This morning, ITT Inc. announced our financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2024 and issued our 2025 outlook.  2024 was a pivotal year for ITT with organic growth across all segments, continued margin expansion and the strategic shift of our portfolio with two acquisitions in profitable cryogenic pumps and defense interconnect solutions businesses. The highlights from our full year 2024 performance include:  ● 7% organic revenue growth driven by higher volume, pricing actions and contributions from the acquisitions of Svanehøj and kSARIA  ● 80 basis points adjusted operating margin expansion to 17.7%, surpassing our long-term margin target two years ahead of plan  ● 12% adjusted EPS growth  ● Deployed $1.2 billion of capital, over two times full year free cash flow CEO and President Luca Savi commented as follows: "In 2024, our teams delivered on our commitments once again. We grew revenues 11% in total, 7% organically, with strength across all segments. Our businesses drove strong margin expansion and eclipsed our long-term margin target two years ahead of plan. We deployed over $860 million of capital through the acquisitions of cryogenic pump manufacturer, Svanehøj, and defense interconnect specialist, kSARIA. These acquisitions, coupled with the divestiture of our automotive component business, significantly enhanced ITT’s opportunities in higher growth and higher margin flow and connectors businesses whilst strategically shifting our portfolio."     2024 ITT Inc. Awards: officially in the books 📚 ✅ Yesterday, we held the ITT Awards, our annual celebration of exceptional value creation across our businesses. 37 ITTers (representing 18 teams) traveled to global HQ in Stamford, CT to present their projects for work completed this year across the categories of Safety, Innovation, Customer Centricity and Operational Excellence. After all of the presentations, ITT leadership selected four overall category winners, recognizing outstanding achievements from our teams across the world. Since 2016, ITTers from around the world have taken part in our Accelerated Leadership Course, hosted in conjunction with CEDEP - Executive Development – Fontainebleau. This year's cohort completed three days of professional development (while interacting extensively with ITT leaders including Luca Savi, Davide Barbon and Jeroen den Haan, among others) and a visit to KONI headquarters.     Leader / lee·dr n: Anyone who holds her- or himself accountable for finding potential in people and processes. Last week I met a big bunch of talented leaders I had the pleasure of being part of the ITT Leadership development program called Up Academy. Together with 27 other leaders from all parts of the ITT business, and across a heap of nationalities, we met in Amsterdam for a four day deep dive into strategy, leadership, self insight and what it takes to drive our business to the next level. For me it brought a lot of insight, more tools, more curiosity and an even bigger thirst on continuing my leadership journey. Shout out to Keiko Claassen and Mattia Vaudagna for putting it all together, and Jens Meyer for safely steering us through it all.
