Jeffrey Scott specializes in helping landscape business owners to fix, scale or exit their businesses with ease. His clients discover how to maximize cash flow, create income, manage their roles, and plan and improve their teams efficiently so that they have more time and freedom in their personal lives. He has worked in the contract industry for over four decades and also has worked in the corporate world as a consultant. His expertise ranges from sales and operation to financing and management in the landscape and general contracting industries. Having built his own landscaping business into a very profitable $15 million enterprise, he is now coaching top landscaping business owners world-wide¬, and his clients (over 300 year to date!) on average see a 198% profit improvement in their first year. By incorporating the systems of thought and organization of his engineering studies with the human resource and financial acumen from his MBA, Jeffrey can empower landscape and general contractors to easily coordinate and develop their businesses.   • Our team gathered in vibrant New Orleans for an all-hands meeting—focused, driven, and ready to elevate our game. We rolled up our sleeves and dove deep into strategic planning, challenged assumptions, and realigned our goals to better serve our clients and live out our mission. It was a time to think big, dream bold, and refine our vision for the road ahead. Naturally, no trip to NOLA is complete without indulging in the local flavor! We kicked things off with king cake and kept the momentum going with some fuel from Juan’s Flying Burrito. Dinner at Couvant, led by Sean Baxter, was more than just a meal. It was a feast for the mind, too—conversations sparked new ideas, challenged old ones, and left us with fresh inspiration and a clear path forward. And just when we thought the night couldn’t get better, we found ourselves soaking in the magic of live music at Preservation Hall. A candid chat with the band leader reminded us that leadership lessons can come from the most unexpected places—like the rhythm of a jazz band.
