Just got back from my first visit to the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas and wow, it delivered. The pizza category is full of passionate, skilled people who care deeply about what they do, and it really showed. Many of my colleagues at JT Mega have been coming to this show for years, working with brands like Bacio Cheese and Fontanini Foods, LLC and I have a new appreciation for the what goes into a space that's so niche... yet full of expertise, creativity and pride.
