About us

A Change Management Approach Driven by Practical Experience and Grounded in Behavioral Science I’ve spent two decades working as an internal consultant for large global biopharmaceutical manufacturers. From sales, training, and communications to marketing, market access, and well-being, I’ve learned to successfully build and execute short- and long-term strategies while effectively managing change in global organizations with complex hierarchies. From traditional knowledge work to teams on the frontline, I have launched, co-designed, and deployed well-being and ways of working strategies and solutions from top to bottom. Let me put my experience and education in Organizational Psychology to work for your team or business!

  • MYTH: AI kills critical thinking 🤖 ↓ REALITY: It depends on HOW you use it. 📊 MIT's groundbreaking research reveals the truth... ✨ Teams using AI as a THINKING PARTNER showed: ✅ 47% STRONGER problem-solving ✅ 58% MORE innovative solutions ✅ 34% BETTER decisions But here's what matters most... 👇 The difference wasn't the AI. It was the LEADERSHIP. High-performing teams had leaders who: → Used AI to ENHANCE (not replace) thinking → Built in reflection checkpoints → Measured both speed AND quality The data is clear: AI + intentional leadership = ELEVATED thinking 🚀 Drop a ❤️ if you're ready to transform how your team uses AI.

  • 🤖 As we step into 2025, AI isn't just transforming HOW we work—it's revolutionizing our relationship WITH work. New research shows AI automation could help enable shorter workweeks while increasing productivity. Here's what the data tells us: - 32% reduction in routine tasks - 𝟮𝟳% 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - 41% decrease in after-hours work But the real opportunity? Using AI to enhance human capabilities rather than replace them. 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱-𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴: 1. Automated scheduling for true disconnect time 2. Smart workload distribution 3. Predictive burnout prevention The future isn't about AI vs. humans. It's about AI FOR humans. 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡-𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜? • Like many of you, I found myself habitually checking email at 7PM last week. ↓ Not because there was an emergency, but because my brain has been conditioned for constant connectivity. It was my own body that finally said: 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵. Here's what's fascinating about modern workplace well-being: while we're drowning in wellness apps and mindfulness reminders, we're missing the bigger shift that needs to happen. 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲-𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗜'𝗺 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 "𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘁": 1. From: Endless information consumption    To: Intentional information boundaries    (Because your brain deserves some quiet time too!) 2. From: "Always on" expectations    To: Purposeful disconnection    (Yes, that email can wait until morning) 3. From: "Help them manage stress"    To: "Stop creating unnecessary stress"    (Prevention > treatment, always) The organizations leading this evolution are: ✨ Building "digital quiet hours" into their culture ✨ Creating meeting-free + news-free spaces ✨ Teaching leaders to model digital boundaries ✨ Making disconnect time non-negotiable Here's the truth: Your well-being strategy must evolve as quickly as the technology that disrupts it. What's one digital boundary that's made a difference for you or your team? Let's learn from each other. 👇 #WorkplaceWellbeing #DigitalWellness #LeadershipEvolution #WorkplaceCulture

Organizations that attract AND retain top talent across generations. The question isn't whether to adapt to these leadership changes—it's how quickly we can implement practices that work for EVERYONE! • 🏢Strict RTO mandates are the last gasp of an outdated work model. Here's what the data shows about companies with rigid return-to-office policies: - 34% higher turnover - 28% lower engagement - 22% decrease in reported well-being Meanwhile, organizations embracing intentional flexibility are seeing: - Improved retention - Higher productivity - Better life-work alignment - Increased innovation 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸—𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁. Progressive C-suites are already pivoting from mandates to meaning. In my latest blog post I explore a 𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘛𝘸𝘰 𝘖𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴' 𝘙𝘛𝘖 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘴, and reconfirm that there is no situation in which a free lunch fixes cultural issues. What's your experience with RTO policies? Let's discuss. Read the blog in comments below 👇 👇 #FutureOfWork #WorkplaceFlexibility #Leadership #WorkplaceCulture
