Earlier this month, the LMCU Impact Crew helped Goodwill Northern Michigan Food Rescue pack, seal, and prepare bags of frozen food to be delivered to food banks. Each day, the organization distributes 8,000 pounds of food — that’s a lot of full tables and stomachs!

Education is a core pillar of LMCU’s philanthropic efforts, and we were honored to be the Gold Sponsor for today’s Educators Rising Conference and Competition at Wayne State University. A recurring theme throughout the event was the profound impact teachers have in shaping young lives. Building strong connections with students is at the heart of effective teaching.
