  • At Magnolia, we have written something we call the Magnolia Manifesto, which serves as a cornerstone or lighthouse of sorts, as something we can point to and say this is what we believe to be true. Spend some time with it— we root our seasons and work in the manifesto and want to share this with you.

  • At HQ, we host monthly events to connect with one another. For the month of March, we hosted a "Pot Your Own Plant" while working to the tune of March Madness. There was also a round of knockout played in our Rec Room, adding some friendly competition to the workday. Scroll through these pictures to see some plants find a new home, and some slam dunks that wrapped up our work week.

  • The good ole days— Magnolia got its start in 2003 with the Little Shop on Bosque (we lovingly refer to it as the little shop or LSOB). The little shop gave Jo space to source and sell merch she loved. While the LSOB was in full swing, Chip and Jo were also doing home renovation projects on the side, which would later turn into Fixer Upper! Stay tuned as we share more about Magnolia's history and where we came from. We love a good walk down memory lane!

  • Everyone deserves a seat at the table and everyone has a story worth telling. - Magnolia Manifesto We're still talking about Adrienne Cain Darough after kicking off our new Magnolia Storytelling Series. The big takeaway? "Stories are often more than words; they are vessels of history, culture, and identity." Adrienne spent time sharing her personal story, the power of oral storytelling, and some tips of her trade that are essential to everyday life.  Follow along as we share more speaker highlights in the #magnoliastorytellingseries— it's designed to inspire, educate, and foster deeper connections within our Magnolia community through the power of authentic stories.

  • When you pop into Silos Baking Co. for some sweet treats, you may see this smiling face! This month, we're spotlighting Mahala Quach: Assistant Store Manager at our bakery.  Mahala has been with Magnolia for 2 years. She loves woodworking and is happiest when listening to music. She's even been learning how to play the guitar and make her own music! Of all our cupcake flavors, her favorite is Cookies 'N Cream. Here's a note from Mahala herself— "While working at Magnolia I have learned and experienced what a positive and encouraging environment can cultivate in someone. I have so many friends at Magnolia that I can rely on to help and guide me through my day. And I look forward to many more memories, friendships, and opportunities and to see what my future holds with Magnolia!" Thank you, Mahala! We're lucky to have you on the team.
