I thought my cold emails were the problem. Turns out, they were never getting read. I spent weeks crafting the perfect campaign: ✅ Personalized intros ✅ Clear call to action ✅ A B tested subject lines But the results? ❌ 12% open rate ❌ Almost no replies ❌ 88% of emails in spam The problem was not my copy. It was my email infrastructure. Most people send cold emails using Gmail or Outlook. That is a BIG mistake. ❌ Google and Microsoft flag outbound emails ❌ 96% of cold emails fail due to bad deliverability ❌ Outlook inbox placement is unpredictable Maildoso fixes this. ✔ 98% of emails delivered even to Outlook ✔ 100 mailboxes set up in minutes ✔ Automated SPF, DKIM, and DMARC ✔ Daily deliverability monitoring Cold email works if your emails lands in the inbox. Check out Maildoso and stop landing in spam. P.S. Maildoso has launched a free coaching program. → It includes full audits of your cold email campaigns & weekly webinars. Comment “coaching” for the link. ______________________________ Like this? Repost to help others. Follow Arpit Singh & tap 🔔 for more.

From 0.6% to 8% Reply Rate → Here's What Worked for Me Most people think the key to cold email success is writing better copy. It helps, but if your emails aren’t landing in the inbox, no one’s reading them. That was my problem with this campaign. Solid message. Great targeting. But barely any replies. So I rebuilt my cold email stack. → First, I ditched standard inboxes and switched to mailboxes built for outbound. → I used Maildoso to set up 100+ inboxes in minutes, not hours. → With 98%+ deliverability (even to Outlook) I finally started getting seen. → Daily inbox placement tests showed exactly where my messages were landing. → Free domains included meant one less headache (and more savings). → Mailbox reputation tracking helped me catch issues before they became problems. From there, it clicked: → Focused on leads already aware of their problem → Used Clay to qualify and personalize at scale → Let the system run 24/7 Reply rates jumped from 0.6% to 8%. No gimmicks. Just better infrastructure, better data, and better timing. Struggling with inbox placement? Maildoso helped me fix it—check them out (link in comments). How are you ensuring your cold emails land where they should? Let me know.

Google and Outlook hate cold emails . Even though us buying their mailboxes is a big part of revenue for them Especially outlook that now marks all new fresh domains and mailbox as spam So back in the day, i did a test Setup 10-20 mailboxes for each ESP → Google → Outlook → SMTP All sent emails to 20 different outlook account I never thought SMTP could compete with others two giants But the results were different The SMTP mailbox was doing on par with other ESPS and was delivering to outlook better That SMTP was Maildoso One quarterly subscription covers things like: → Domains & mailboxes (Free domains included!) → IP Rotation (Helps bypass spam filters) → Automated setup (Set up hundreds of mailboxes in minutes) → Daily reputation monitoring (Catch issues before they kill campaigns) → Mailboxes start at just $1.80! That’s what I need.

18,000 emails sent. 3 meetings booked. 0 deals closed. Let that sink in. A new client told me they identified 10,947 people to email. They sent 18,000 cold emails so far. But they’ve only gotten: - 3 meetings (all unqualified) - 7 positive replies (1 qualified) - And that “1” didn’t book a meeting Before you say “It was the ICP or messaging.” It wasn’t. Their ICP was tight targeting CMOs and key decision influencers. Their messaging was better than 80% of what’s in your inbox right now. Cold email is just tough these days. It’s not just about great copy and targeting. It’s about: - Domain reputation - Deliverability & spam filters - The right strategic approach That’s why I recommended they join Maildoso’s group coaching program. (And to hire me to train the sales team on how to build a pipeline on LinkedIn.)😉 The Maildoso team are pros at navigating the cold email chaos and adapting to constant changes. If your email results are like this, it’s time to rethink your strategy. And get some guidance. P.S. Coaching program link is in the comments.

98% of emails, no longer land in spam… There are a few critical factors you need to stay on top of: • Keeping your domain in good standing. • Ensuring emails actually land in inboxes. • Using proper IP rotation. These can get pretty complicated… So, I’d recommend checking out Maildoso. Maildoso is an ESP (email service provider) built specifically for cold email senders. They make it super simple to create mailboxes that connect directly with other tools. The best part? Their setup ensures 98% of emails avoid the spam folder. If you’re doing outbound, deliverability is everything. And I’m ALL for cold-calling, But you have to make sure to hit all channels. You can write the most compelling email… But if no one sees it, what’s the point? P.S - Do you prefer sending an email, or picking up the phone?

Here’s how I buy 10 domains and set-up 40 mailboxes, in 5 minutes: Step 1: Buy Maildoso Step 2: Choose domains Step 3: Choose mailboxes Step 4: Send them to warm-up It literally takes 5 minutes. Most of my clients were shocked to see how easy this is. It took me about 3 days to buy domains and set up mailboxes with Google and Microsoft before I knew about this solution. And it was a bit more technical than pressing a couple of buttons. But that’s not all, because the price is good too $1.8/mailbox? I mean.. come on. I wish I knew about this when I first started doing cold emails.

Here's an email sequence that has 10% reply rate. (Fully automated) 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝟭: 𝗣𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆: Start with a short, personalized message. You’re not trying to sell, you’re trying to open a loop and spark interest. 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝟮: 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Follow up with something that proves you’re worth their time. Mention outcomes, familiar brands, or industry-specific challenges you’ve helped solve. 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝟯: 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲: Still no reply? That’s not a no, just not yet. Come back with a different benefit, insight, or point of view. 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝟰: 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻: Most cold emails look and sound the same. Send a video, write a bold one-liner, a meme, or try something unexpected. 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹: If they open or click, call them. They’ve seen your name. You’re no longer a stranger. 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝟱: 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽: A final, light-touch breakup email. Keep it human. Respectful. This one often sparks the reply. This entire sequence can run without you lifting a finger. All you need is: 1. A strong message. 2. The right infrastructure behind it. And that’s exactly where Maildoso delivers. It’s an email service provider built specifically for cold outreach. Here’s why I love it: - In-house SMTP infrastructure (not rented junk) - 98%+ inbox placement (even to Outlook) - IP rotation + proactive monitoring If your cold emails aren’t getting replies… Start by making sure they’re actually being seen. P.S. What's your best cold emailing tip? #sdr #coldcalling #sales

I just timed how long it takes to set up 100 cold email mailboxes manually. Four hours, three coffees, two existential crises, and one alarming eye twitch later... Meanwhile, Maildoso users are doing the same in under 5 minutes, without developing the thousand-yard stare of someone who's spent too long staring at DNS configuration screens. The cold email game has quietly split into two camps: Those still faffing about with technical setup Those who've discovered automated infrastructure and now spend their time on things that matter When your entire email setup process is reduced to a few clicks, with 98% deliverability baked in, you suddenly find yourself with shocking amounts of time to develop campaigns that actually convert. One chap told me his team now spends 90% less time on technical maintenance and 90% more time on creative outreach strategies. Turns out the best cold email hack isn't a clever subject line—it's infrastructure that works without requiring a computer science degree. #OutboundRevolution #TimeBackInYourDay #EmailThatActuallyArrives
