Maven’s own Michael Aubrey participated in the first ever Ronnie Coker “Hit a Homer” Home Run Derby that took place at Parkway High School last Thursday! The event brought together a star-studded field of current and former baseball players to raise money for the Low Key Boat Tours Charitable Foundation and the Win The Day Foundation. A Shreveport native, Michael was drafted in the 1st round of the 2003 Major League Baseball draft and played nine professional seasons in the Cleveland Indians, Baltimore Orioles, and Washington Nationals’ organizations.
