The historic Bulkley Building in the Playhouse District is now available for leasing! Four floors of the building have been converted into apartments as part of the $44M renovation. The Bulkley Residences include 84 apartments with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. A portion of the units will be set aside for cast and crew of the shows at Playhouse Square.
