For the 14th consecutive year, MRPG has been named to the Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare Physician Group Honor Roll—a testament to our unwavering commitment to high-quality patient care. The 2025 Honor Roll highlights 53 physician groups throughout New England that have achieved exceptional results in their approach to disease prevention and the treatment of acute and chronic illness for both adult and pediatric patients. Additionally, two of our practices have been recognized by Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) for patient experience in adult primary care. Congratulations to Franklin-Wrentham Family Medicine and Family Medicine Associates for receiving awards this year in the category of Patient-Provider Communications. These latest achievements directly reflect MRPG’s commitment to providing high-quality care that leads to healthier outcomes for our patients. We are thrilled to welcome Ari Axelbaum, MD, to Milford Regional Neurology! Dr. Axelbaum comes to MRPG from Mass General Brigham/Mass Eye and Ear/Harvard Medical School, where he recently completed a fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology, a unique medical specialty that deals with problems related to the connection between the eyes and the brain. This can include issues like optic nerve disorders, double vision, abnormal eye movements, and conditions that affect the visual pathways in the brain. Dr. Axelbaum is currently accepting new patients in Milford and can be reached at 508-380-5016.
