Inspiring the Next Generations of Leaders! NCH recently hosted Florida Gulf Coast University dual-enrolled high school juniors and seniors who are participating in their C.E.O. program. In the accredited program, the students visit local organizations and meet with community leaders to plan for their post-secondary education and future careers. Throughout the week, students learned about leadership from Chief Operations Officer Jon Kling, Chief Culture Officer Jen Hart, visited Drs. Gaston Cudemus and Ricardo Martinez-Ruiz at the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), gained knowledge from VP Human Resources Todd L. and VP Nursing Recruitment Lauren L. about working in health care, and toured the NCH Judith and Marvin Herb Family Simulation Center.
