OpenExO, Inc. is a Professional Services community focused on innovation and digital transformation, based on the ExO Model shared in the book Exponential Organizations. The ExO Model is expressed in the Formula MTP+SCALE+IDEAS. MTP Stands for Massive Transformative Purpose, any organization that wants to be an ExO needs to have an MTP. There are 10 additional Attributes. SCALE Attributes focus externally and allow the organization to tap into Abundance outside the organization, these attributes are Staff on Demand, Community and Crowd, Algorithms, Leveraged Assets, and Engagement. The 5 Internal Attributes are Interfaces, Dashboards, Experimentation, Autonomy, and Social Technologies. These use the acronym IDEAS and allow the organization to manage the organization at scale. We are likened to a decentralized McKinsey. We work at the individual, organizational, and civic levels. We are over 18000 members and growing #exostrong.
