✨ Meet Courtney! ✨ As a BCBA at Pinecone Therapies, Courtney Carlson, BCBA, LBA provides guidance on supporting clients through client-lead naturalistic teaching and assent-based practices. For Courtney, the most rewarding part of the job is supporting families through parent training and hearing about the whole family's progress. Courtney received her Bachelor of Psychology and Masters in Education from the University of Washington in 2019. She began her career working with military families in Washington. Courtney is also a sibling of an autistic brother, so she is passionate about supporting the siblings of clients. When Courtney isn't at work, she stays busy by hiking with her dog, reading, and doing yoga. We are so happy to have Courtney on our Pine Cone Therapies team!

Our kiddos - and staff - had a blast creating beautiful watercolor-style paintings using a fun and simple technique: drawing with markers on tin foil, spraying it with water, and then pressing a coloring sheet on top. 🌟 This activity was not only super fun, but also helped our kids explore colors, textures, and their creativity.
