About us
Our mission is to deliver “Personalized Extraordinary Care, Close to Home.” We are the Plymouth Region’s only Preferred Boston Children’s Hospital Primary Care Practice, providing our patients extensive access to Boston Children's broad range specialists under the care of our local team of Pediatricians, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Behavioral Health Specialists. To provide easy access to full-service care, we are open 363 days a year, including urgent care appointments (closed only on Thanksgiving and Christmas days). For your convenience, in addition to our Plymouth location, we have a satellite site in Sandwich, MA.
