A true pioneer in private service, Natalie’s career has been dedicated to elevating industry standards, fostering community, and creating opportunities for private service professionals worldwide. 📋 About Natalie: Natalie Hudson’s journey in Private Service began in 1995, where she worked in blended roles as a Nanny, Household Manager, and Personal Assistant for several high-profile families. Recognizing the need for formal education in the industry, Natalie graduated with honors from The International Butler Academy (TIBA) in The Netherlands in 2001, which set her on a path of leadership and advocacy. She then helped establish The International Association of Household Professionals (IAHP) and took on various Estate Manager and Family Assistant roles, dedicating nearly ten years to a single private client. 🎓 An Education in Luxury Lifestyle Management: After being downsized in 2017, Natalie used the opportunity to curate a degree plan in Luxury Lifestyle Management at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN. Supervised by her proctor, she wrote and developed industry-specific courses, outlines, and learning outcomes, graduating in 2020 Summa Cum Laude. 💡 A Vision for the Future – Founding PSA When DEMA closed its doors in 2019, Natalie saw a critical gap in the industry—one that needed to be filled with stronger standards, best practices, and a dedicated community for Private Service Professionals. From that vision, Private Service Alliance was born. PSA became a reality thanks to Natalie’s unwavering dedication and the guidance of a small team of supportive partners.
