Last but certainly not least, say hello to Chinmay Kale, joining our team as a Director of Software Engineering from WorkDove! 🕊️ Chinmay is a seasoned technology leader with over 18 years of experience in software engineering, specializing in enterprise application development, cloud technologies, and organizational leadership. In his most recent role as the Director of Engineering at WorkDove, he drove the technical vision, strategy, and execution for the platform, focusing on leading high-performing teams, optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Chinmay's most valuable career advice came from a mentor who told him, "Your value isn't measured by how much code you write, but by the problems you solve." This perspective has shaped his approach to work, focusing on strategic problem-solving and long-term impact. Outside of work, Chinmay is passionate about mentoring and supporting aspiring engineers, especially those just starting their careers. He actively participates in the Circles of Success program at the University of Georgia, guiding computer science students through technical challenges and career decisions. Chinmay also has a deep appreciation for nature and wildlife photography, enjoys hiking and exploring new trails, and cherishes quality time with his family. Welcome to Quantum Workplace, Chinmay! 🎉

Give a warm welcome to Mikalah Elliott, a Customer Success Manager joining Quantum Workplace following the acquisition of WorkDove! 🕊️ Mikalah started her career in education as a middle school teacher and school counselor, spending six years helping students grow before making the leap into tech. Since then, she has worked in EdTech and Cybersecurity before joining WorkDove. Her background has given her a unique perspective on how technology can support human development and organizational growth, and she loves the relationship-building aspect of it all. Outside of work, Mikalah loves spending time with her family, experimenting in the kitchen, and playing interesting board games or video games. She also has a soft spot for thrifting, enjoying the thrill of finding a great deal (who doesn't?!). Mikalah is looking forward to sharing what Quantum has to offer with our WorkDove teams and being part of a team with such a strong, positive culture and energy. Her mom's wisdom has shown her that growth happens when we have the courage to bring our authentic selves and diverse experiences to new challenges.

Today we get to highlight Jessie Maglio as she joins Quantum Workplace following the acquisition of WorkDove. 🚀 🕊️ Jessie began her career in education, teaching middle school math and science for about five years. Her love for learning and growth led her to transition into the EdTech space, where she joined a local startup to continue making an impact in education. At the startup, Jessie built, led, and scaled the customer success function before moving to WorkDove as a Customer Success Manager. Her passion for understanding user needs and identifying product pain points naturally led her to transition into Product Management. Outside of work, Jessie enjoys trying new restaurants with friends, testing new recipes, and watching hockey (Go Canes!). When she's not out and about, you can find her curled up on the couch with her cats and a good book. Jessie approaches life and work with the “everything is figureoutable” mindset coined by Marie Forleo, believing that creativity, persistence, and a willingness to learn can solve any problem. Today we get to welcome Heather Ficquette, one of our new Qwirks from our acquisition of WorkDove. 👋 🕊️ Heather joins Quantum Workplace with 15 years of experience in Finance and Operations. She has thrived in fast-paced start-up environments, showcasing her adaptability and strong work ethic. Before transitioning into business finance and operations, she began her career in property management, traveling across the country to support various acquired properties and assist wherever needed. Outside of work, Heather loves spending time with her husband, paddleboarding in the summer, and traveling to Las Vegas. She is a proud fur mom to her Boxer-mix pup, Molly, and her cat, Bowie. Heather also enjoys true crime podcasts, is a loyal Starbucks customer, and has a passion for party planning. Welcome to the team, Heather! We're so lucky to have you! 🎉

She's excelled in various SaaS roles, including Onboarding Specialist, Customer Success Manager, Trainer, and currently, Customer Support Specialist. One of her proudest career milestones was transitioning from the video game industry to a unicorn startup, where she successfully transferred her skills to a fast-growing, high-impact environment. Outside of work, Marinna loves spending time with her family. She enjoys cooking, crafting, and building. As a parent to a young child, she also loves sharing these passions with her little one.
