John is a licensed real estate broker specializing in commercial real estate at Cameron Management, where he plays a key role on the Brokerage & Development team. With his personable and detail-oriented approach, John has built a strong reputation in the Wilmington market. Originally from Charlotte and a UNCW Cameron School of Business grad, John has proudly called Wilmington home since 2012. David joined Eastern Carolinas Commercial Real Estate (ECCRE) in 2016 as a Broker, bringing years of expertise in commercial development, property management, and landlord representation—with a strong focus on retail properties.⁠ ⁠ After moving to Wilmington in 2009 to complete his Bachelor’s in History at UNCW, David gained valuable industry experience at Zimmer Development Company before transitioning to brokerage. Now, he uses his deep knowledge to serve the needs of both landlords and tenants effectively.⁠ ⁠ Beyond real estate, David is actively involved in local government, serving as a County Precinct Chairman and Chief Judge for the Board of Elections.
