  • There’s always space to celebrate those who work for progress in Agriculture Resilience, but Women’s History Month gives us the opportunity to highlight some of  the women who use their power, passion and integrity to advocate for food system transformation. 💪 Here are just a few of the women we celebrate this month. Every month, we work to forge partnerships that will continue their legacy. Marion Verles - Marion is the CEO and co-founder of SustainCERT, a global leader in climate impact verification through digital solutions. Through her work, Marion demonstrates that uncertainty is not a reason to delay action. From her, we learn how to navigate policy, set strong standards for the industry and unlock capital for regenerative agriculture. Pilar Cruz - Pilar is EVP & Chief Sustainability Officer at Cargill. She advocates for strong, precompetitive partnerships across the supply chain in service of ag resilience. She demonstrates this advocacy in her longstanding partnership with Regrow and her commitment to industry progress.   Margaret Henry - Margaret is VP, Sustainable & Regenerative Agriculture at PepsiCo. Having grown up on a farm, Margaret has a deep understanding of the need for resilience in order to build strong food systems and supply chains for the future. In our 2025 State of Ag Resilience report, Margaret said, “Our [positive ag] plan is about the transformation of our business. It's how we’re future proofing PepsiCo.” She has continued to live these values through PepsiCo’s efforts and across the industry. (download the report here: https://lnkd.in/gWtjVJ86) Julie Kunen - As the Co-Lead of Global Sustainability at Oatly, Julie is leading the charge to source 100% of the company’s key ingredients sustainably. Julie’s definition of sustainability is holistic: “Sustainability implies a kind of, ‘put it back to the way that you found it’ ethos. And we realized that, given the degradation that has befallen the [Earth], we needed to do better than that.” Anna Pierce - As the Director of Sustainability at Tate & Lyle, Anna is pioneering sustainability projects with future scale in mind. She is committed to building pilot projects in regenerative agriculture, not just as test projects but as scalable demonstrations of system-wide change. Mary Jane Melendez - Mary Jane is the Chief Sustainability & Global Impact Officer at General Mills, a company that aims to reduce GHG emissions 60% by 2030. Mary Jane knows that the best way to do that is by employing sustainable practices across supply sheds, and she continuously advocates for that work. “We believe regenerative agriculture is the most promising solution to reach our climate goals and create positive planetary outcomes.” 🌎 🌱

  • Internal alignment on sustainability goals is a huge driver for business-wide resilience. We surveyed 21 leading companies in the ag and CPG sectors and learned that today’s most successful leaders recognize the importance of corporate climate goals, and use those goals to align departments and accelerate action. What other factors drive business resilience? Find out in our new report: https://lnkd.in/gWtjVJ86

  • During B Corp Month, we reflect on what it means to be part of a global community that’s not just about business as usual. At Regrow, being a certified B Corp with B Lab means we're committed to both profit and impact — and when it comes to the food supply chain, the two go hand in hand. In the agrifood sector, where every decision impacts our climate, economies, and communities, B-Corp status supports our work in making agriculture resilient. It ensures that each step we take fosters stability and prosperity across our global supply chains — and it helps us connect with companies across the globe who are doing the same. As we celebrate B-Corp Month, we salute all B-Corp companies striving for a sustainable, equitable future. Your efforts inspire us, and together, we can lead the charge toward a regenerative, resilient global economy. https://lnkd.in/gKwJzaxv
