In Dominique McIntyre-Dorey's own words, here is how she feels about her time at Russell Cellular, "As a leader, I believe in leading by example, not just in words. My five years with RC have taught me that true leadership is about embodying the values and standards I set for my team. Whether tackling challenges head-on, making tough decisions, or supporting others in their growth, I strive to demonstrate the work ethic, commitment, and integrity I expect from those around me. Actions speak louder than any directive, and I intend to inspire through doing, proving that leadership is about walking the walk every day."

In Haider Ali's own words, here is how he feels about his time at Russell Cellular, "I have been with Russell cellular for 5 years and currently 7 years total in the Wireless industry. As a young adult I joined the RC family and can never be more grateful of making this choice. Growing up, while working with RC has been a blessing especially with region RAZA and the support from Ali Zaidi. During my career as a DSM I had faced many challenges such as staffing and consistently hitting KPIs. The main item that has helped me fix those items was the Determination of not giving up and having a positive culture inside of the district. The year of 2024 that was plan of action I executed and it helped pay off as I was recognized number 3 DSM of 2024 for Presidents circle at RC. Each and every day is a new opportunity to change results but putting effort is what is most vital. Empowering the team and establishing a professional bond is what establishes consistency of results. My role as a leader is to ensure others around me evolve into leaders and the growth of leadership is never ending."
