Huge congratulations to Kerena Diaz Garcia for being named our Employee of the Year 2024! Kerena has been an integral part of our Customer Care Department and has been with Saela since 2023, marking her 2-year anniversary this month! She started as a front-line Customer Care Experience Agent, then took on additional responsibilities in retention, and now works tirelessly to improve our call quality. Her passion for her role shines through in everything she does, always approaching her work with empathy, ownership, and gratitude. Her creativity and resourcefulness have driven the implementation of several game-changing strategies that have made a lasting impact on our workflow and productivity.
