Restaurant Inflation Ticks Up 🚨 Restaurant CPI climbed to 3.7% in February (up from 3.4% in January), driven by Full-Service restaurants outpacing Limited-Service for the first time since Feb '22. This small but significant shift brings us back to October '24 CPI levels after a period of moderation. While the slight dip in Headline CPI is welcome news, the uncertainty of tariffs suggests we may see higher inflation levels ahead. Meanwhile, grocery inflation held steady at 1.9%. Mike is currently flying back from #MURTEC, but he'll be sharing more insights on the economy & key takeaways from the conference later this week. Stay tuned!
