Founded in 1996 by Teresa Epple, Southeastern Engineering, Inc. has a solid and well-established reputation in the engineering community. In January 2024, Cedric D. Clark, PMP, and Scott Jordan, PE, acquired Southeastern Engineering, Inc. a well-known DBE firm with 26 years of engineering excellence. Since that time, they have reimagined Southeastern Engineering into their own vision as a premier minority owned DBE provider. Cedric Clark, President, joined Southeastern May 2015 and has worked to build the Program Management Division. Scott Jordan, Vice President, joined Southeastern in September 2015 and has worked to build the Transportation Division. Integrating their unique knowledge base, Cedric and Scott’s combined expertise makes Southeastern Engineering, Inc. the DBE of choice for the Southeast. With a deep bench of talent and resources, SEI can integrate into transportation projects quickly and effectively, delivering quality work in a timely manner.
